Shipping Policy

At Nordisk Family®, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here you will find all the information about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark within one business day.

Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) on a business day are aimed to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a public holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Destinations, Times, and Couriers

We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. The estimated delivery times below begin from the day your order is dispatched.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Please note that the standard processing and delivery times outlined in this policy do not apply to items purchased on pre-order. The expected dispatch timeframe for a pre-ordered product will always be clearly communicated on the specific product page. If your order contains both in-stock items and a pre-ordered item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item is ready for dispatch.

Shipping Costs

The final shipping cost for your order is always calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Important Information

  • Correct Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. For subscription customers, it is your responsibility to keep your address updated in your customer portal. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Lost Parcels: If your package is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, please contact us. We will take full responsibility and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

  • Customs and Duties: All orders are shipped from Denmark (within the European Union). For all destinations we currently ship to, no additional customs fees or import duties will apply.
