Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for managing and cancelling your subscription purchases with Nordisk Family®. We aim to make this process as clear and flexible as possible.

About Your Subscription

When you purchase a subscription from us, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen products. These deliveries are based on the subscription frequency you select during your purchase (e.g., every month).

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery. To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you choose to cancel it.

Our Flexibility Promise: No Minimum Commitment

We believe in earning your loyalty with every delivery. Therefore, all our subscriptions come with no minimum binding period or commitment. You are in full control and can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the deadlines below.

How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your personal customer portal or by contacting our customer service team.

1. Using the Self-Service Customer Portal (Recommended) This is the fastest and easiest way to manage your subscription 24/7. Your order confirmation and subscription emails contain a secure link to your customer portal. From there, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Pause your subscription

  • Skip a delivery

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your delivery address or payment details

Deadline: Cancellations or changes made through the portal are effective immediately. Please note, however, that if a renewal order has already been processed by our warehouse, your changes will apply from the next scheduled delivery.

2. Contacting Customer Service If you prefer, our team is ready to assist you.

  • How it works: Send an email to kontakt@nordiskfamily.dk with your request. Please include the full name and email address associated with your subscription to help us identify your account quickly.

  • Deadline: To guarantee we can stop your next shipment, you must send your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. This notice period is necessary as our warehouse automatically processes orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Returns and Refunds Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. For information on returning a product, please see our full Refund Policy.
